I had the pleasure to talk to Mike, who walked me through all the process, when I decided to work with them, I start to talk to Steve. I will always thankful for all the help that Steve gave me. He help me with all the documents that my city was requiring me to get the building permit. They needed an appraisal done after the home was completed. The person we had lined up recently broke her arm and was unable to complete the job in time. I immediately appointed a new appraiser to complete the job. The new appraiser was not as quick as I had hoped, leading to a delayed settlement.
My husband and I had Steve and his team build a custom prefab two-story garage for us. Steve literally answers the phone almost every single time that I call no matter what time of day it is. T ask for much better customer service than that.
